Profile Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Engineer - Facade Detailing to lead and support the preparation of high-quality facade shop drawings and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with project leads, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure that all drawings meet design intent and project standards.



Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review facade shop drawings (curtain walls, glazing, cladding, doors & windows, etc.)

Coordinate with Senior Engineer, project managers, architects, and structural consultants to resolve design issues

Lead a small team of junior engineers/drafters when required

Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, accuracy, and quality standards

Manage drawing revisions, RFIs, and technical documentation efficiently

Ensure quality and timely delivery of drawings

Contribute to design optimization and fabrication feasibility reviews

Eligibility

Diploma/Degree in Civil, Architecture, or Structural Engineering

Minimum 4+ years of experience in facade detailing with proven AutoCAD expertise

Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills

Sound knowledge of various facade systems (unitized, stick, ACP cladding, glazing, etc.)

Experience in handling international facade detailing projects

Familiarity with BIM tools (Revit) & Inventor will be an added advantage
