Responsibilities: Analysis of process and identification of BOM, time and process gaps.
Application of Improvements and updates for gaps analysed
Optimising Cost efficiency and performance of product.
Managing product life cycle through redesign or upgradation of process
Collaborating across departments for improvement in product implementation
Updating of design without compromising functionality and specifications of product
Implementation of process improvements
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Applying advance methods to sustain and improve product value
Conducting CFT meeting to identify and implement the ideas
Deliverables: Product design revision and optimization for cost efficiency without full redesign
Applying new methodologies, improvements and sustain product
Coordination with CFT
Variance correction as per analysis
Improve cost per component
Optimization of process for each identified product
Required Competencies:
Qualification:
+ Primary Qualifications: B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical/ Aeronautical/ Aerospace Engineering
+ Other Qualifications: Six Sigma (Green Belt) or Lean Certification is an added advantage Age (Specify Range): - 24 to 28 Years
Relevant Experience:4-6 years
Any Specific Area: Should have worked in Engineering department
Industry choice if any: Aerospace
Desired Competencies:
Technical Proficiency in use of 2D &3D AutoCAD, Catia
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP)
Strong data handling and interpretation skills in M S Office
