Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics (with cost out experience ) Experience on Electrical Components, Wires, electronic systems, Automotive products, EV, HEV battery systems, UPS, terminals, connectors etc and awareness of supplier qualifications for technical aspects. Should be capable of applying the electrical design basics, product concepts for new cost out opportunities Preferred to have experience in product process, testing and validation activities Preparation of technical compliance agreements with supplier or customers Awareness of material concepts, part application and tools used for relevant product base. Should be able to redesign or alternate design as per specific customer requirements Shall be capable of identify projects or activities for VAVE with faster and smoother exectution to meet business need or customer goals. Sound knowlwdge of application standardsIEC/UL of variety of electrical products
