Technical:


Discuss with lead country teams to define the scope of work and estimate project hours. Deliver high-quality technical drawings, engineering designs, and specifications in compliance with relevant regulations. Must have experience in international project delivery for building projects; experience in data centers and substation buildings is an added advantage. Collaborate closely with lead country colleagues to ensure compliance with required BIM standards. Develop project-specific BIM protocol documents as required. Lead and facilitate the enhancement of CAD and BIM standards, routines, processes, and libraries as required for lead country requirements. Ensure adherence to internal quality procedures (QA/QC). Review and ensure the quality of models and drawings by oneself and those completed by the team. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements within the BIM domain, advising on innovations to the team. Design and select Electrical systems, providing markups as needed. Contribute to technical solutions for projects. Initiate and participate in design peer reviews.
Manage project delivery and leadership


Design, review and deliver high-quality technical MEP services engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and reports to the required regulations. Ensure project programs are met and advise on any foreseen delays Participate and support internal multi-discipline knowledge-sharing initiatives. Participate in project meetings and document minutes of meetings. Identify and flag additional fees to the local line manager, and lead country project leads.
Key Competencies / Skills


Mandatory Skills:


The applicants should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering. The role requires involvement in numerous projects from an early stage to providing fit-for-construction stage designs, and experience in delivering international projects. Proven experience in the design of Building Services, with significant experience in a similar role or a demonstrated strong track record. The applicant will have proven experience in the Electrical services engineering designs with significant experience in a similar role or demonstration of a good track record. (European projects delivery experience is advantageous). Must be good, hands-on with BIM technologies and its associated software packages. Must be technically skilled in equipment selection such as High voltage switchgears, Transformers, Generators, Low voltage panels, Uninterrupted power supply (UPS) Distribution boards, Cables, cable trays, light fixtures etc. Carry out preparation of technical submittals of various materials, equipment etc. Carryout the engineering and modelling of external utility services including High voltage & low voltage cables / services, Fire alarm & Telecommunication services. Proven ability to produce detailed drawings (plans, sections & details) from basic sketches provided by the senior engineers in India and lead country Hands-on experience in drafting/3D modelling software like AutoCAD, MEP Revit etc. Excellent working knowledge of REVIT Software (version 2021 and above), Navisworks and ACC platform. Including electrical services modelling, content creation (parametric & non-parametric families), coordination with structural and other elements, Revit schedules, managing work sets/ links/ visibilities, sheet setup and collaboration. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual who will take on a key role in project work, focused on timely delivery and technical excellence. Excellent command of written and verbal English
Desired Skills:


A sound understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project is essential Should possess membership to an accredited engineering body i.e., IET, CIBSE, European Buildings Codes & Standards Work towards achieving EngTech/IEng/Chartered engineer/professional license Applicants need to be able to demonstrate good management and technical skills and be capable of working both within the team and independently, as dictated by the workload Punctual and able to meet deadlines Excellent oral and written communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience. Comprehensive experience in technical design and the associated discipline software.
