Approve design releases and ensure product design meets

for electric tractors.
Understand project requirements and milestones and communicate program engineering about status and drive decision making.
Participation in
QFD
to conclude Product concept & Design Concept.
Benchmark
competitor electric tractors and hybrid platforms
to set competitive targets and design boundaries.
Evaluate
Ergonomics
on operator workspace, access, entry & exit to finalize the ergo layout and fixing up Hard points of all integrated systems.
Participation in
Mockup evaluation
with Jury, capturing feedback and ensuring implementation in design.
Analyze
physical & Functional interface issues
, develop engineering solutions, and utilize a trade-study approach to recommend the solution that best meets the Customer's needs.
Integrate Studio surface with the Engineering criteria by executing the Decision Fixed Point Process, considering EV-specific packaging constraints.
Balance
engineering, performance, and manufacturability
to allow creative design within EV architecture bandwidth
Lead
virtual integration
of electric vehicle systems including digital mockups and simulation of electrical interfaces.
Approve architecture design with subsystem mockups to ensure
physical and electrical environment
is comprehended in program decisions.
Experience
8 to 10 years in the tractor industry, with 2 to 3 years
in electric vehicle development preferred.

Qualifications
B.E. / B. Tech or M.E. - Mechanical or Automotive or Electrical Engineering.
