Engineer- Digital Data Development

As we develop an enterprise-wide data and digital strategy that moves us toward a greater focus on the use of data and strengthens our digital, AI & and innovation capabilities, we are seeking a Full-Stack Developer. In this role, you will work as part of a team to support, develop, maintain, and enhance one or more digital products and platforms that seek to yield a significant business benefit, helping us build dynamic advantage and market differentiation through the execution of innovation.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

\xc2\xb7 Support for IDA-developed applications including AI products in the capacity of UI and backend code maintenance, support, and enhancements.

\xc2\xb7 UI support/bug fixes for IDA applications in a cloud environment.

\xc2\xb7 Identify and execute opportunities (as prioritized) for automation and continuous improvement for in-scope products/projects/services.

\xc2\xb7 Participate in efforts to identify root causes for application issues in production and non-production environments and collaborate within IDA team(s) to deliver solutions/fixes.

\xc2\xb7 Work with the Developer, UX designer, and the Product Owner on front-end design & and interactions within data & and AI applications.

\xc2\xb7 As assigned, work as part of an Agile squad, ensuring delivery within tight timelines and meeting the expectations of the team.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure quality and optimized coding with good documentation.

\xc2\xb7 Work with various teams to implement automated recovery steps, and document RCA and/or preventative measures for recurring issues/problems.

\xc2\xb7 Provide top-class production support and ensure data solutions service level commitments (SLAs) are met or exceeded.

\xc2\xb7 Achieve & and maintain the highest business customer confidence and net promoter score (NPS).

\xc2\xb7 The candidate will have a background in OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0, Java, Spring Boot, Maven, JavaScript, React, Node, NPM, Azure, Auth0, MongoDB & and Cosmos.

\xc2\xb7 The ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet delivery timelines with a high degree of client satisfaction is critical.

You will report to the Lead Full-Stack Developer.

\xc2\xb7 A minimum of an Undergraduate University Degree in Computer Science or related fields.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in Java, JavaScript / CSS / React.js.

\xc2\xb7 Experience working on Spring Boot microservices architecture.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

\xc2\xb7 Experience working as part of a squad in an Agile environment.

\xc2\xb7 Technologies required - OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0, Java, Spring Boot, Maven, JavaScript, React, Node, NPM, Azure, Auth0, MongoDB & and Cosmos.

\xc2\xb7 Front-end technologies required - JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and React.js.

\xc2\xb7 Methodologies \xe2\x80\x93 Agile.

\xc2\xb7 Tools \xe2\x80\x93 GitHub.

\xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge of SQL.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle different types of user inquiries provide guidance and execute on next steps for troubleshooting and resolution.

\xc2\xb7 Proactive attitude, excellent project & and time management, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to run assigned tasks with minimal direction due to the diverse and global nature of the team.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates level of experience/ability to influence, and understand business problems in technical terminology.
