Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support the Senior Manager, Design to manage all sustainability components of projects from conception to completion, liaising closely with the Business Development team, Projects team and Service team to recommend and provide sustainability options and solutions. Conduct surveys/walk-throughs, identify suitable sizing of equipment, requesting for specifications and quotations. Simulate various design options based on efficiencies and cost effectiveness to design an efficient and yet cost-effective chiller system. Submit applications for approval/clearance on behalf of the Clients to ensure the necessary Authorities' approvals/legislations/grants are obtained. Liaise with other BUs for design intent, targeted efficiencies, operational strategies to ensure project goals are met. Coordinate with local and overseas resources to leverage expertise across multiple countries.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

Bachelor's in Mechanical, HVAC, Building Services Engineering or equivalent At least 5 years in HVAC system design, sustainability, or MEP coordination Experience with chiller systems, energy modeling, and authority approvals Strong understanding of HVAC load calculations, system optimization, and green building standards Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills Able to work cross-functionally with BD, Projects, and Operations teams Detail-oriented and deadline-driven Willing to travel within India for site visits and meetings
