Job Description

Job Objective:

To optimize the production process as efficiently and effectively as possible while still ensuring that the finished products are safe, dependable, and satisfy customer expectations.

:

1. Perform the Production Operations as per the following Avaada production plans , Quality Policy, SOPs and WIs:
a. Plan and schedule production to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while optimizing resource utilization.
b. Monitor production processes, rework, inventory, rejections to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards.
c. Maintain shop floor activities, 5S, KAIZEN etc.
d. Train and develop production ESSs to enhance their skills and knowledge of production processes.
e. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
f. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
g. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address equipment maintenance and optimization needs.

2. Operational Process: -
a. Equipment Resourcing: Identify production equipment as per requirements in shift.
b. Day's Planning: Conduct shift meeting, Manpower allocation, Prepare & Circulate shift MIS .
c. Plant QA Management System: Ensure all the check sheet & Criteria updated.



3. Production daily Performance Review, Improvement, and Weekly Reporting:-
a. Prepare and circulate daily and quarterly MIS report.
b. Conduct Skill assessment of the operator and circulate.

Work Experience:

Experience 3- 5 years.

Qualification & Certification Required:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in engineering.

Knowledge, Skills, & Technology Platform:

Knowledge of Production tools & their use of interpretation. Interactive Skills, Presentation Skills, Teamwork, document Preparation, System Audit, MS Office Proficient - Word, Power Point, Excel, etc. Knowledge of raw material used & in production process. Knowledge of solar module manufacturing processes. Knowledge of measuring instruments & testing equipment used in Solar module manufacturing.

1. Module production Yield Safety
a. Safety
b. Discipline, Punctuality in the premises.
c. Production Performance %.
