Responsible for handling all technical and contractual correspondence with departments, clients, and consultants. Ensures compliance with contract terms, maintains records, and supports project teams in documentation, approvals, and claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and manage official letters, emails, and reports related to contracts and site correspondence.
Coordinate with departments for inputs on hindrance, EOT, BG, and approval letters.
Review contract clauses, tender documents, and variation proposals.
Maintain correspondence logs and prepare status/MIS reports.
Liaise with client and government authorities for timely communication and documentation.
Skills Required:
Strong drafting and communication skills.
Good knowledge of CPWD/MoRTH/FIDIC contract formats.
Proficiency in MS Office and document control.
Excellent coordination and follow-up ability.
Qualification:
B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
(Mandatory)
Diploma/Certification in Contract Management
(Preferred)
