Engineer - BFA & Testing Position Overview Job Title - Engineer - BFA & Testing Location - Pune, India Role Description We are looking for a Lead Automation Developer with proven track record of managing test automation delivery of software applications to join our Technology team in Pune. As a Lead Automation Developer you will be a key conduit between the business stakeholders, testing team and technology team. You are expected to liaise with business, technology teams for translating user stories into BDD Feature files and other deliverables required to enable automation solution development. In this role you will be responsible for front-to-back Quality Assurance of the product/deliverables. You are expected to work independently, requiring minimal guidance and to be a functional guide for junior members in the team. FIC is a key part of Deutsche Bank\'s Investment Bank franchise. FIC Technology team is a global team with resources in the UK, US, Germany, Russia and India. You will be part of Post Trade Technology team in Pune. We support Settlements, Accounting and Confirmation functions for Global FIC business. You will work as a part of a feature team on end-to-end delivery in a complex system, containing multiple in bound and outbounds interfaces. As a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer your responsibility would be : Design auto test approach for the platform that has multiple different integrations Implementing changes in our automated testing infrastructure including CI/CD Leading a team of automation developers and liaise with testing team, BAs and technology teams for planning, execution and implementation of automation solutions. Test cases design and automation (Language: Java Frameworks needed: Junit5, Cucumber, Selenid, Spring, RESTAssured) Manual feature testing (would be still a part of your responsibilities as a way to stay in close connection with platform and end users) Coordinating UAT: setting up the environment, showing users how to use the platform, gathering issues, and tracking their resolution Participating in parts of manual regression before the release to stay connected to the platform. We\'re more interested in your approach to automated testing than experience in specific frameworks and libraries.
