About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts using Python.
• Analyze and verify best automated and manual test approaches.
• Execute test cases and analyze results.
• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Help troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.

Desired Skills

• 4-6 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer.
• Experience in data analysis and testing.
• Proficiency with Python and familiarity with other scripting languages.
• Strong Experience in Web Automation tool selenium, API Automation lib requests and Data Science lib Pandas.
• Good knowledge in OOP programming approach.
• Basic knowledge in Jenkins CI CD tool.
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to frame basic SQL queries.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
