Role Summary:


Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes involving machining, assembly, and testing. Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling, and production. Analyzes and improves quality, cost, and delivery by using Lean and Six Sigma tools. Provides engineering support in production departments by trouble shooting and resolving technical issues.


Responsibilities & Requirements:


Prior experience in Designing & Modelling, engineered product valves Control Valves & On-Off Valves to international standards specs is preferable.

Conversant with various design and FEA tools like Solid works and ANSYS. Thorough Knowledge in International Standards like API 09, API 598, ASME B16.34, ASME B16.5 and others. Proficient in mechanical engineering core subjects. Computer-Aided-Design(2D&3D). Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. Ability to understand and analyse any technical concept. Familiarity with working principle, sizing and selection of Electrical, pneumatic and electro-pneumatic actuators
Preferred Experience / Skills:


Ansys, Solidworks 2016, AutoCAD, ProE & Inventor Oracle P11i, SAP, Windchill
