We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineer to join our team offshore, focusing on Archer platform development and operational risk domain enablement. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, agile delivery experience, and a collaborative mindset to support risk transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Archer Expertise
--------------------
Design, configure, and deploy Archer solutions including workflows, applications, and integrations.
Develop and manage Archer APIs, data feeds, and scheduled jobs.
Ensure platform scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Operational Risk Enablement
-------------------------------
Apply domain knowledge across Risk and Controls Self-Assessments (RCSA), Incident Management, Issue Management, Action Plans, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories aligned with operational risk processes.
Agile Delivery & Collaboration
-----------------------------------
Work within Scrum teams to support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story point estimation.
Assist Product Owner in prioritizing backlog and Scrum Master in sprint execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production support, design, development, and SIT.
Documentation & Validation

Prepare and validate functional documents with stakeholders.
Ensure traceability and alignment of deliverables with business objectives.
Cross-Domain Engagement

Demonstrate willingness to cross-train in fraud risk domain and contribute to multi-domain initiatives.
Support sprint commitments through problem-solving and multi-hat role adaptability.

Experience

Minimum 7 years of total professional experience in IT or risk technology domains.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Archer platform including build, configuration, and integration.

Description
Archer Configuration
Proficiency in designing and configuring applications, workflows (DDEs and Advanced Workflows) and dashboards within Archer.
Archer APIs & Integration
Experience with RESTful APIs, data feeds, and job scheduling for automated data exchange and system integration.
ETL & Data Management
Ability to manage ETL processes, including staging, transformation, and loading of Archer data into reporting databases. Willing to work with SSIS packages.
Archer Workflow & Role Management
Understanding of Archer role-based access control, workflow design, and queue management.
Application & Server Architecture
Knowledge of Archer's internal and external architecture including web, app, and DB server configurations in High availability with Disaster recovery.
