Basic Function:

Design Engineer & Service Kit Creation Engineer


Responsible for designing mechanical components and creating service kits for generator parts, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance, and timely support for aftermarket needs.

Specific Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Design and draft mechanical components using CAD software. Develop and manage service kits for generator parts. Interpret aftermarket parts requirements and conduct research to support internal inquiries from Sales Coordinators and other sales channels. Design, implement, and maintain efficient processes for recommending parts, generating part numbers, and creating bills of materials (BOMs). Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Apply engineering principles and manufacturing knowledge to support product development and service kit creation. Provide technical support to internal teams and clients. Maintain accurate documentation and tracking systems for parts and tools. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders, proficient in handling the diversified tasks

II. Skills & Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Automobile Engineering.

Experience:

0-3 years in CAD design and basic mechanical engineering concepts.

Tools:

Proficiency in CAD software (Creo, AutoCAD & Creo View), PLM systems (Windchill), and ERP systems (SAP), basic knowledge of Power BI is a bonus

Preferred Knowledge:

Familiarity with diesel generators and their subcomponents.

Manager-Marketing and customer experience
