Job Summary Responsible for contributing in project teams, troubleshooting operational issues, providing technical solutions to operational problems, new product implementation, implementing existing products and services and the overall upkeep and maintenance of designated areas of engineering. Acts in compliance with industry and Company technical requirements, standards, policies and procedures. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Engineer 2, Engineering Operations role requires a dedicated professional with 2 Years -4.5 years of experience to manage and troubleshoot complex Linux-based infrastructure. A key aspect involves developing and maintaining automation scripts (Shell, Python, Perl) to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. The successful candidate will also apply ITIL principles for incident, problem, and change management, demonstrating foundational knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS), DevOps practices like CI/CD, and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL database operations. This position is crucial for proactive system monitoring, root cause analysis, and ensuring the continuous reliability and performance of our systems.
It is 24/7 shift role (Including Night shift***)
