Design Assistance: Collaborate with senior engineers to assist in the design and development of electrical systems for drones, including batteries, Harness, BMS, PDU,ESC,Motor and related components. Schematic Design and Layout: Assist in creating schematic designs and PCB layouts under the guidance of senior engineers, adhering to industry best practices and company standards. Battery System Support: Participate in battery selection and integration activities, learning about various battery technologies and their suitability for different drone applications. Harness Design and Testing: Support the harness design process, considering factors such as weight, electromagnetic interference, and durability. Assist in testing and validating harness designs. BMS Integration: Learn about Battery Management Systems and contribute to their integration into drone systems to monitor and manage battery health, charging, and discharging. Power Distribution Support: Assist in the design and testing of power distribution boards, ensuring efficient and reliable power supply to drone subsystems. Testing and Validation: Collaborate with the testing team to conduct tests on electrical systems, document results, and contribute to improvements based on test outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical engineers, software engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into overall drone designs. Documentation: Prepare and maintain key engineering documents, including DFMEA, FTA, DFM, and DVP in accordance with product requirements and safety standards. Cost Management: Operate within defined budgets by identifying and implementing cost-effective solutions without compromising on performance or quality. Research and Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to drone electrical systems. Implement innovative solutions to enhance drone performance and capabilities.
