Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Executive based in Noida. The role involves executing end-to-end SEO strategies, optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, performing detailed SEO audits, implementing on-page best practices, and building high-quality backlinks. You will also work closely with the social media marketing team to boost search visibility and support overall digital marketing goals.

We are seeking an SEO Executive with strong, hands-on experience across all major SEO specializations, including GEO, AIO, AEO, SXO, Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.

Main Responsibilities and Eligibility Criteria

Perform in-depth keyword research, SERP analysis, and competitor benchmarking. Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for improved search visibility. Implement strong on-page SEO practices, including meta tags, internal linking, content structure, and UX improvements. Build and maintain strong backlink profiles through ethical link-building, citations, business listings, and digital PR Monitor keyword rankings, traffic trends, and analytics insights regularly. Develop and execute complete SEO strategies covering GEO, AIO, AEO, SXO, Technical SEO, On-Page, Off-Page, Local SEO, and Content SEO. Optimize for Google Search, AI-driven search, voice search, and answer engines. Enhance UX and engagement metrics such as CTR, dwell time, Core Web Vitals, and overall search experience. Conduct regular technical audits and implement fixes for crawlability, indexation, sitemaps, schema, and site speed. Collaborate with content teams to develop topical and SEO-friendly content strategies, leveraging AI tools when necessary. Track, measure, and report performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Moz, Semrush/Ahrefs, and other SEO tools. Stay updated with algorithm changes, AI search advancements, and evolving SEO trends. Understand social media marketing and its integration with SEO for enhanced visibility. Maintain high attention to detail and stay current with the latest SEO updates and best practices. Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless SEO implementation. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes. Good communication and reporting skills. A bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
