MBA with 12 – 15 years of work-ex from IIM, ISB or equivalent.
Build, grow and manage business and teams
Should have solved problem statements practically - examples could be product/customer rationalization, distributor evaluation, sales optimisation, growth strategy etc.
Exposure in both industry & consulting will be a plus
Exposure to industries such Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, Engineering will be a plus
Leadership gravitas and is able to ‘make impact felt’ with stakeholders
Ability to strategize and effectively implement plans to deliver measurable high impact outcomes to clients
Ability to take ownership of self and people development by identifying appropriate needs and creating conducive environment for development
Willing to travel to multiple locations as part of the job profile (within City/ Outside City/ Overseas)
Open and willing to embrace technology adoption for solutioning
Not necessarily from finance background, but good to have expertise in one of the areas like Ops/SCM, etc
