Stay updated on product features, claim processes, and regulatory changes across
insurance categories.
Provide clear, simple, and accurate advice to help customers make informed
insurance decisions.
Build trust-based relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and long-term
engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer insights and contribute to
product/service improvement.
Maintain accurate and detailed logs of interactions, reviews, and follow-up actions in
CRM tools.
