About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven
Engagement Manager
to support our PR team. In this role, you will manage and strengthen relationships with journalists, media houses, and industry influencers. You will facilitate communication, ensure timely information flow, and help drive consistent media visibility for Tracxn. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, structured outreach, and creating trusted connections in the media ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Media Engagement & Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media partners across print, digital, and broadcast.
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely and relevant communication aligned with PR objectives.
Coordinate data requests and media interactions between journalists and internal stakeholders, ensuring all information is shared accurately and within the timelines requested by journalists.
Media Monitoring & Strategy:
Track and analyze media outreach, coverage, journalist engagement, and campaign outcomes; maintain structured logs and use insights to improve PR strategy.
Monitor industry news and media trends to identify opportunities for timely commentary and visibility.
Identify new journalists, publications, and influencers relevant to Tracxn's focus areas to strengthen media engagement
Campaign Planning & Execution:
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute PR campaigns, announcements, and media initiatives that strengthen brand visibility.
Manage all media activities and press interactions, ensuring journalists and internal teams receive timely information and resources for smooth execution.
Ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and coordination of creative assets across all PR campaigns and media initiatives.

What We're Looking For
3-8 years of experience in PR, media relations, communications, or stakeholder engagement roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong email and phone etiquette.
Strong understanding of how media works and what journalists look for in stories.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple ongoing conversations.
A thoughtful and relationship-first approach - empathetic, credible, and consistent.
