within the pharma space.
What youaEUR(TM)ll do:
Lead client engagements
to design and deliver custom healthcare analytics solutions, including patient journey mapping, treatment progression, behavior segmentation, and cost management.
Develop, validate, and integrate patient-level datasets
from diverse sources such as claims, EMR, and specialty pharmacy data to enable robust analytics.
Translate complex data into actionable insights
that support brand, market access, medical strategies, and strategic decision-making across commercial and field operations.
Leverage advanced tools and emerging technologies
(e.g., Tableau, SAS, R, Alteryx) to model data, solve complex business problems, and drive innovative analytics accelerators such as cohort identification and line-of-therapy analytics.
Collaborate and mentor
cross-functional teams and Team Leads, fostering best practices in healthcare analytics, and ensuring impactful, scalable solutions that improve patient outcomes.
Must have:
Experience (5-7 years)
in consulting and patient-level analytics across therapy areas, brands, and lifecycle stages, with strong exposure to statistical analysis, predictive modeling, forecasting, segmentation, and go-to-market strategy.
Technical expertise
in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint; proficiency in data visualization and creating clear, data-driven narratives. Knowledge of Python and advanced tools (e.g., R, SAS, Alteryx, Tableau) is a plus.
Hands-on experience with longitudinal healthcare datasets
(claims, EMR, specialty pharmacy hub data) and ability to derive insights for strategic decision-making.
Industry knowledge
of healthcare/pharma, including market trends, regulatory frameworks, patient journeys, and competitive landscapes.

Strong communication and collaboration skills
with proven ability to manage multiple projects, work with global teams, and distill complex data into actionable strategic insights with minimal direction.
