Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Network Delivery Manager

to lead the end-to-end delivery and operations of enterprise network services. This role involves managing a skilled team of network engineers and security specialists to ensure robust, secure, and scalable network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, IPT, and security domains. You will drive operational excellence, client engagement, cost optimisation, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Operations:

Manage network services (LAN, WAN, WLAN, IPT, Security, Routing & Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs) and ensure ITIL compliance.

Governance & Transformation:

Implement governance frameworks (MBR/QBR), lead automation, SDN, and cloud networking initiatives.

Incident & Escalation Management:

Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, lead root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, mentor, and develop network engineers and security experts; foster collaboration and innovation.

Performance & Cost Optimisation:

Ensure SLA compliance, improve PCSAT scores, optimise delivery costs through automation and vendor partnerships.

Client Engagement:

Build strong stakeholder relationships, provide transparent communication, and represent network delivery in executive forums.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years in network delivery/operations with expertise in Cisco, HP, Juniper, F5, Checkpoint, Fortigate. Strong knowledge of routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, MPLS), firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and network security. Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Zenoss), capacity planning, and ITIL processes. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certifications: CCNP, JNCIA, ITIL, PMP. * Experience in regulated environments and compliance-driven industries.
