Reporting to the Senior Director, Employee Engagement, the Engagement & Communications will support the ongoing development and employee engagement strategy by leveraging employee insights and partnering with key stakeholders to design and deploy innovative, engaging, and impactful programs in support of Zscaler’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy. The Engagement & Communications will be core to evolving an inclusive and diverse culture at Zscaler where everyone can do their best work. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of equity and inclusion, and a track record of designing and deploying innovative solutions that generate results. This position requires an ability to think strategically about problems as well as have a knack for tactical execution.
