Reporting to the Senior Director, Employee Engagement, the Engagement & Communications will support the ongoing development and employee engagement strategy by leveraging employee insights and partnering with key stakeholders to design and deploy innovative, engaging, and impactful programs in support of Zscaler’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy. The Engagement & Communications will be core to evolving an inclusive and diverse culture at Zscaler where everyone can do their best work. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of equity and inclusion, and a track record of designing and deploying innovative solutions that generate results. This position requires an ability to think strategically about problems as well as have a knack for tactical execution.

  • Partner with business leadership, Employee Resource Group leaders and the People Team stakeholders to define and deliver an inclusive employee engagement strategy that cultivates a positive culture of belonging for all Zscaler employees
  • Create and deploy an engagement survey strategy that provides a pulse for real-time feedback
  • Provide feedback and coaching across all levels of the organization to monitor the pulse and quickly identify, problem solve and recommend the appropriate strategy for solutions
  • Create and deploy culture initiatives that follow the candidate to employee experience
  • Determine best ways to engage, recognize and reward employees


Qualifications
  • 10+ years’ of combined experience in either HR, Talent Management, DEI or Employee Engagement developing and managing inclusive engagement programs in fast-paced, high-growth companies along with global exposure
  • Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to keep stakeholders informed and included in a way that builds trust
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication skills exhibited at all levels within an organization
  • Demonstrated experience articulating a vision, translating it into executable strategy and driving cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan
  • Excellent business and People Operations acumen; comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
