YOU MUST HAVE
6+ years of experience in engineering program management or related roles Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects on time and within budget Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Experience in risk management and problem-solving Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies WE VALUE Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing project requirements Passion for innovation and continuous learning
