Key Responsibilities / Duties:
SUPPORTSupport the 24/7 Investment Operations
Perform Business Ready Checks for critical applications and Batch jobs
take necessary action on the failures and report as appropriate
provide L1 support for all application related incidents/task/requests
Perform NOC Responsibilities and Monitoring tasks
Actively participate in transition of work form L2 to L1
Complete necessary document reviews and assist in transition process
Perform self-access reviews as part of transition
Perform troubleshooting as per the knowledge articles and suggest improvements
Suggest ideas to improve the current process by lateral thinking and innovation
OTHER -Attend scheduled meetings with Team Lead/Department/Town Hall representation
Become familiar with company methodologies
Actively participate with Team Lead in creating personal development plan
Provide the Team Lead with ideas to enhance or improve team processes and procedures and ensure agreed procedures are followed
Attend scheduled training sessions
Administrative activities - time sheets/compliance requests
Working Conditions:24/7 working conditions, rotational shifts
Hours may include evenings and/or weekends
Work Experience / Knowledge:0-1 Years of working Experience as L1 support/ Production Support for Applications
Knowledge on Investment Operations is an added advantage
Knowledge on Batch Processing and Autosys is an added advantage
Knowledge on database queries required
Knowledge on ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy is an added advantage
Inter-Personal Skills / Other Attributes Required:Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced demanding work environment
Strong problem solving capabilities with an analytical, methodical approach
Have a proactive approach to identify trends and take necessary action
Must demonstrate a strong customer focused attitude and understand the fundamentals of customer experience
Must have good professional communication skills to enhance customer experience
Have a strong desire to learn and progress
Must have good organizational and planning skills, able to work under pressure and multi-task
Willingness to listen to business partners
Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)B TECH CSE and IT 2025 Passed out
