Job Profile


The Consultant should be subject expert in Energy Storage. Primary role of the Consultant is to perform but not limited to following activities:


1. Skill Gap Assessment Review: Review and analyze findings from the skill gap assessment study to identify critical areas for capacity development and align training initiatives accordingly.


2. Training Content Development: Provide subject-matter expertise and prepare the training modules, ensuring relevance, clarity, and alignment with learning objectives and industry standards.


3. Training Delivery: Delivery of training sessions in different locations, ensuring effective learning, and addressing technical queries during sessions. Implement learning & training tools during the sessions


4. Monitoring and Evaluation: Analyze trainee-s performance feedback and training data to ensure continuous improvement of trainings.


Experience


10 - 15 Years


Qualification


- Master-s degree in Energy Systems- Engineering- or related field.


Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting energy storage research and capacity building activities.
Skills


Strong understanding of energy storage technologies and renewable energy systems. Knowledge of energy data analytics Experience with training evaluation and learning principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication- reporting- and stakeholder engagement skills.
