To support our Operations Team in the Energy division in Bonn, we are looking for a remote colleague to join our Operations Team as a Research & Project Management Specialist (m/w/d), starting immediately.
Tasks

• Independently manage research projects from concept development and planning to execution and evaluation.
• Conduct market and product analyses in renewable energy sectors (photovoltaics, storage, e-mobility).
• Develop and implement ideas for evaluations and statistical analyses using internal and external datasets, continuously improving models, tools, and reporting methods.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, present research findings to clients, and contribute insights internally as well as for marketing and communication purposes.
• Participate in all stages of research projects, from questionnaire design and programming to graphics creation, final reporting, and maintenance of internal databases.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in economics, political science, business psychology, geography, market and communication research, statistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in research or project management.
• Ideally, first professional experience in renewable energy (photovoltaics, storage, and/or e-mobility).
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel), Experience with SPSS.
• Knowledge of Python is an advantage and will be considered a plus during selection.
• Enthusiastic about working with data and numbers, with a structured, independent, and reliable approach.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with high team spirit and commitment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus but not mandatory for this position).
