Key Responsibilities

:

Transcribe and type

medical documents, reports, and patient records with high accuracy.

Ensure medical records

are up-to-date and correctly formatted.

Maintain confidentiality

and handle sensitive patient information with care.

Collaborate with medical staff

to verify and ensure the accuracy of transcriptions.

Manage workload

effectively to meet deadlines and support clinical operations.

Review and edit

transcriptions for spelling, grammar, clarity, and correct medical terminology.

Use medical dictionaries

and reference materials to ensure correct terminology.

Maintain databases

and organize files for easy retrieval and compliance.

Requirements

:

Bachelor' s or Diploma in Medical Transcription or relevant certification. Strong

typing speed and accuracy

. Familiarity with

medical terminology

, especially Endoscopy/Discharge Summary . Proficiency in

transcription software

and basic computer skills. Good communication and teamwork skills.
