Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

MDS Endodontist to join our dynamic clinical team

. The role involves traveling to assigned Dezy clinics within the city to perform endodontic procedures, provide clinical opinions, and support comprehensive treatment planning in collaboration with our resident dental teams.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------

Clinical Procedures

Perform endodontic treatments including: Root canal therapy Retreatment cases Post and core Vital pulp therapy Management of periapical pathology Emergency pain relief procedures Evaluate and manage complex endodontic cases using digital tools such as RVG/IOPAR , CBCT, IO scanners and intraoral cameras.

Consultation & Case Assessment

Provide expert chair-side endodontic consultations for new and follow-up patients. Offer endodontic opinions to CGDs, ADs, and clinical staff for treatment planning. Explain treatment needs, prognosis, and alternatives to patients in clear and simple language.

Travel & Coordination

Travel to multiple Dezy clinics as per the weekly roster and scheduling requirements. Coordinate with clinic heads and operations team to optimize daily case planning and patient flow.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain proper patient documentation in Neo CRM, EMR systems, and treatment records. Ensure adherence to clinical SOPs, sterilization protocols, and asepsis standards. Capture before & after endodontic records (IOPA images, clinical photographs, progress notes).

Team Support

Collaborate with CGDs for treatment planning, case conversion, and patient retention. Train junior dentists and staff on endodontic protocols when required. Participate in clinical audits and feedback discussions.

Required Qualifications

MDS in Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics (mandatory)

Valid DCI registration

Minimum 2 years of clinical endodontic experience required, 3 to 6 yrs experience preferred.

Technical Skills

--------------------

Proficiency in rotary endodontics Working knowledge of apex locators, digital radiography, and magnification tools Familiarity with modern obturation techniques and material handling
