1. Strong expertise in Windows and macOS operating systems.
2. Basic knowledge of Linux environments.
3. Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools.
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1. Manage and resolve escalated issues related to Windows and macOS systems.
2. Provide limited support for Linux-based systems as required.
3. Handle software installations, updates, and patch management.
4. Maintain endpoint security and compliance with organizational standards.Collaborate with L1 support teams for issue escalation and resolution.
