The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Windows environments, servers, networks, patch management, security configurations, and IT support tools. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing tickets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 support for end-user systems including desktops, laptops, and servers.
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and servers.
Handle network devices and configurations, ensuring smooth network operations.
Implement and manage patch management processes for systems and applications.
Maintain security configurations and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
Respond to, manage, and resolve tickets using ticketing tools effectively.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for end-users.
Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 applications and email issues.
Manage antivirus installations and maintenance.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams while ensuring timely resolution.
Communicate with clients regarding technical issues and solutions professionally.
Required Qualifications:
Male candidates only
(as per requirement).
CCNA and CCNP certified
.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, servers, and networking.
Experience in patch management, security configurations, and antivirus management.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite and email troubleshooting.
