Provides technical assistance based on the research of current software and operating system, service packs, patches, updates and fixes for desktops. Make recommendations based upon the severity, critical need and implications to environment and supported applications.
Performs root cause analysis to quickly recover from service interruptions, and to prevent recurring problems.
Works well with other IT teams to identify and remediate systemic problems
Provide technical assistance in the construction and maintenance of a corporate standard desktop image
Oversees the maintenance of the corporate image as hardware changes occur ensuring no incompatibilities.

Works with project managers on global projects with a focus on technical design, risk assessment, costs, timing and benefits.
Provides timely reports and metrics for end user requests and incidents
Executes queries against Active Directory, PowerBI and other dtabases searching for specific criteria
Build Server administration and Image Management
MBAM/ Bitlocker administration and problem resolution
Creates and manages controlled documentation, SOP, WI and engineering notes
Works with business subject matter experts and key stakeholders to successfully integrate their solutions and objectives.
