Advanced hands-on experience with Enablon platform administration, including in-depth configuration, user support, and troubleshooting for multiple modules such as Incident Management, Audits, Risk Management, Compliance, and Sustainability.
Deep understanding of Enablon solution architecture, workflows, data structures, permission models, integrations, and reporting capabilities.
Experience in resolving complex functional, configuration, and business process issues, including root cause analysis and impact assessment for system bugs and data anomalies.
Strong experience in managing the end-to-end incident/ticket lifecycle, with service management best practices (ITIL or similar frameworks), ensuring high-quality support, compliance with SLAs, and proactive stakeholder communication throughout.
Proficiency in ITIL processes--especially incident, problem, and change management--and familiarity with service management and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
Ability to identify and drive process improvements, both in support workflows and overall Enablon system usage, with a continuous improvement and customer service mindset.
Advanced functional knowledge to gather, interpret, and translate client EHS&S requirements into Enablon solutions and actionable change requests.
Familiarity with EHS, risk, and compliance business environments relevant to Enablon deployments, with strong analytical skills for KPI/SLA tracking, operational dashboards, and actionable management reporting.
