The team

The Enabling Area - Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte South Asia that focuses on providing employee experience.

Your work profile.

As a Deputy Manager in our IT Team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Primary purpose of the role:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing IT support including VIP users at regional level and reporting to central IT operations. Handling location level escalations in IT operations including regional VIP escalations. Regional IT Operations health check & status reporting to Reporting Manager. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) Documentation Creation & Maintenance at Site level: SOPs, Knowledge Articles, Operations related processes. Preparing MIS at regional level for various activities, projects and vendor performance. Regional Vendor management & coordination for IT operations related local vendors. Vendor communication for new requirements Vendor follow up for delivery & coordination Vendor escalations in case of issues Monitoring vendor performance and preparing MIS for the same Regional IT Asset Management: Closely working with FMS vendor. Asset reporting which includes, Stock & Allocation Report Scheduled Replacement Report Identifying new requirements of IT assets Maintenance and updating asset records Supporting Network & Server related activities at regional level coordinating with the central team. Escalation POC for FMS vendor resources at regional level and also serving as Manager for them.
