Work you\'ll do

As part of the Talent Acquisition team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for managing hiring for particular business.

Role - Recruiter

Grade - Sr Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Location - Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve experience, influence talent outcome and generate results.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain Compliance and confidentiality across the process.

\xc2\xb7 Preparation of recruitment dashboards

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria

\xc2\xb7 Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Ensure utilization of all sourcing channels to build pipeline through both active and passive candidates and achieve required hiring demand and productivity targets

\xc2\xb7 Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidate needs are met.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position\'s requirements are used

\xc2\xb7 Engaging in the Candidate fitment basis internal parity.

\xc2\xb7 Offer negotiation (Verbal) and sending formal offer letter.

\xc2\xb7 Keeping Candidate warm with various engagement till they join and ensure best candidate experience throughout the process.

\xc2\xb7 Leveraging the pipeline through past applicants and potential candidates

\xc2\xb7 Lead, coach and develop peers and team members across talent acquisition.

Requirement:

• MBA (HR) from reputed institute. With 3+yrs of experience in similar field
• Able to form effective relationship at all levels of business.
• A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo.
• Open and flexible in your approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong analytical skills, good business understanding
