EMR Support Executive - Technical Support (Healthcare)

Makarba, Ahmedabad

Shift Timing:

Night Shift - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Work from Office Only)

Working Days:

Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

Experience Required:

1-3 years in EMR/EHR technical support or healthcare IT helpdesk (voice process)

We are looking for an

experienced EMR Support Executive

to join our healthcare technical support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in providing technical assistance for EMR/EHR systems and handling client communications through calls and remote support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to clients for EMR/EHR applications via calls, emails, and remote sessions. Troubleshoot software and system-related issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and technical resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up. Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance support efficiency.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in EMR/EHR technical support or healthcare IT helpdesk (voice process). Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction. Good understanding of healthcare workflows and EMR/EHR systems. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
