Job Description

An employee engagement professional--often titled Employee Engagement Specialist or Manager--is responsible for creating a positive, motivating, and connected work environment. The core purpose of this role is to boost employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention by developing, implementing, and measuring engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, plan, and execute employee engagement programs (such as social events, peer recognition, team building, and wellness initiatives). Regularly conduct surveys, gather feedback, and hold focus groups to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Analyze engagement metrics/data and report trends to management with actionable recommendations. Collaborate with HR and other departments to align engagement efforts and ensure organizational goals are met. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee engagement best practices, leadership, recognition, and communication. Oversee onboarding, learning, and development initiatives to enhance new employee integration and growth. Serve as a liaison between employees and leadership to advocate for workforce needs and address concerns. Organize and manage employee recognition programs and special events (e.g., holiday celebrations, company outings). Remain updated on engagement trends, tools, and best practices in the field to continuously improve existing programs.

Pay: ?18,654.00 - ?23,565.24 per month
