The Role
Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for building strong, impactful brands?
As a Specialist, you'll play a key role in defining and enhancing AMS brand's presence on a global scale. Your insights will provide direction for channel choices and go-to-market strategies.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing:
Client
Lead the delivery of a wide range of employer branding projects from start to finish with oversight by a Client Relationship Manager and in partnership with the wider project team. Projects may include EVP development, multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns, content marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, landing pages and career site development
Form excellent partnerships with clients and the wider team and proactively manage communication throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee creative delivery to ensure projects are within scope, on time and on budget
Process
Develop and maintain an agreed project plan and detailed stage plans
Manage end-to-end project through standardised, best-practice project management processes, documentation, and administration
Organising project briefings and manage status updates to keep all relevant parties informed of actions, milestones, risks, issues, and mitigations
Ensuring solutions are delivered within agreed scope, budget, and timelines; managing any scope creep as it occurs
Manage creative process by collaborating with our in-house creative team and where relevant third-party specialist suppliers (e.g., photography, film production, etc.)
Skills & Experience
You'll need to demonstrate:
Experience of developing project plans for a wide range of employer brand and creative projects
Experience of delivering employer brand or creative projects on time and to budget
Experience of end-to-end project lifecycle management
An effective communicator
Attention to detail with strong desire for accuracy and quality
Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrate a strong understanding of employer branding best practices, case studies and the latest innovations in the industry
Proof reading skills
