The Employee Wellness Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs and initiatives that promote the health and well-being of employees within an organization.
Overview of the profile
Develop employee wellness calendar and framework that engages employees in various initiatives.
Plan employee engagement initiatives like celebration events, special days etc. Search and coordinate with various vendors for wellness events and build a pipeline.
Analyze wellness trends and prepare reports for management as input to create an engaged workforce.
Implement wellness interventions based upon identified needs within the organization.
Build capacity in the organization to drive and manage an employee wellness culture.
Design, implement and drive BMI wellness program, including providing awareness campaigns and training, professional counselling, testing and support through external vendors.
Work on corporate tie-ups for employer branding
Work under the given budgets and conduct various activities for engaging employees.
Coordinate medical checkups of employees.
Work on corporate tie-ups for employer branding.
Develops promotion and publicity plans for wellness and fitness programs throughout the organization.
Compiles statistical summaries of participant data, class attendance, and equipment inventories to ensure proper detailed program evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
Annual Health Services:
Sharing monthly reports to the vendor with addition & deletion data
Clearing Invoices in timely manner with constant follow-ups with vendor
Raising concerns if vendor does not share invoices and accelerating queries whenever needed.
Helping employees in booking online appointments
Vendor Agreements:
Keeping track of all annual agreements and start renewal process ahead of expiry.
Making sure all agreements are reviewed, signed, and updated.
Creating BR with help of procurement team as required for necessary agreements.
In house Gym facilities:
Clearing invoices on monthly basis
Arranging gate pass of trainers visiting our premises
Keeping track of changes in trainer and raising queries to the vendor to seek clarifications.
Ensuring gym etiquette is followed.
Wellness initiatives:
Creation on three-month calendar and publishing across the organization
Planning and executing wellness initiatives.
Taking help of wellness champ for publicity and smooth execution of wellness initiatives
Making sure excitement is created for wellness events by using marketing techniques, updates on SharePoint and feedback surveys. (surveys if required)
Creating and updating wellness pages on SharePoint
Wellness sessions:
Planning for sessions through the vendors
Checking no overlapping of other sessions companywide while selecting the dates
Blocking of venue for the sessions and guiding the support staff for help required in arrangements
Arranging gate pass for external guest/faculty visiting for the sessions
Wellness Monthly Meeting:
Scheduling and executing monthly wellness meetings
Sharing ideas and new initiatives that can be incorporated in employee wellness sessions
Creating one note for MOMs of the meetings and sharing with all stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any stream
Experience in managing employee wellness tasks/ responsibilities for at least 2 to 5 years
Certification in Human Resource Management (or equivalent) will be an added advantage
