Coordinate and oversee daily employee transport operations (pick-up & drop services).
Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely transport and cost efficiency.
Liaise with transport vendors and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Monitor driver schedules, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage.
Handle employee transport queries, grievances, and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain records of trips, mileage, expenses, and transport-related documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies, road safety norms, and statutory regulations.
Implement GPS tracking and monitor transport operations in real-time.
Prepare regular MIS reports on transport usage, cost, and efficiency.
Support in handling emergencies, breakdowns, or delays in transport services.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Knowledge of route planning and fleet management.
Good communication and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in MS Excel / transport management software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
