Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Logistics Coordinator to oversee employee transportation operations. This role involves managing daily transport schedules, coordinating with vendors and drivers, and ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective movement of employees between designated locations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage daily employee transport schedules across shifts and locations Coordinate with transport vendors and internal teams to ensure vehicle availability Monitor real-time vehicle movement and resolve delays or route issues Maintain accurate records of routes, driver logs, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules Ensure compliance with safety standards and company transport policies Handle employee queries and feedback related to transport services Optimize routes and vehicle usage to reduce costs and improve efficiency Prepare regular reports on transport performance and vendor SLAs

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field 2-4 years of experience in transport coordination or fleet management Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and transport management software Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings Knowledge of local transport regulations and safety protocols

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
