Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with team leads and management.
Design and develop training modules related to:
Soft skills (communication, client handling, time management)
Technical skills (interior design software, project execution, site handling)
Company policies and procedures
Facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees.
Deliver group and individual training sessions using various teaching methods.
Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and interior design innovations to incorporate into training.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure training aligns with project needs and business goals.
Maintain training records and prepare monthly progress reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Interior Design, or related field.
Proven experience as a corporate trainer, learning specialist, or a similar role.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and e-learning platforms.
Knowledge of interior design processes and tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
3-5 years of training experience in design, construction, sales or related industries.
