Role Overview:

As an

Employee Success Intern

, you will support initiatives aimed at improving employee experience, engagement, and wellbeing. You will work closely with HR and People Operations teams to help create a thriving work environment where employees can perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events. Support surveys and feedback initiatives to gather employee insights. Help coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Assist in developing communication materials that promote company culture and values. Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities to enhance employee satisfaction. Maintain records related to employee engagement and success metrics. Participate in initiatives aimed at employee recognition and rewards. Support wellbeing programs and other employee-centric projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Passion for improving workplace culture and employee experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude. Familiarity with employee engagement tools and HR software is a plus but not mandatory. Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a dynamic team.
