Key Responsibilities
Investigate
employee complaints, grievances, and policy violations.
Serve as a
neutral mediator

Maintain accurate, legally

Collaborate
with HR, leadership, and legal teams on complex cases.
Educate
employees and managers on grievance and conflict resolution policies.
Suggest
policy improvements based on recurring workplace trends.
Ensure strict
compliance
with labor laws and company policies.
Monitor
the workplace proactively to identify potential conflict risks.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on
Employee Relations, conflict resolution, or grievance handling.
Skills:
Exceptional
interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
skills, coupled with proven expertise in complex
problem-solving and negotiation.
