Job Description

Responsible for managing employee relations, handling grievances, monitoring attendance, overseeing onboarding, and managing leave policies to ensure a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters. Ensure compliance with company policies. Monitor attendance, track absences, and address attendance issues. Manage leave requests and maintain accurate records. Oversee onboarding and orientation for new hires. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Previous HR experience is a plus.
