We are looking for an

Employee Relationship (ER) HR Executive

for our outbound sales process in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of

6 months of experience in a BPO as an Employee Relationship HR

and be fluent in

Kannada

. This is an immediate joining opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle employee grievances, queries, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment. Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance in alignment with company goals. Conduct employee engagement activities and retention programs. Manage attendance, attrition, and employee lifecycle activities. Address performance-related issues and support the HR team in disciplinary actions. Coordinate with management to ensure smooth HR operations in the outbound sales process.

Requirements:

Qualification:

HSC / Graduate

Experience:

Minimum 6 months in BPO as an Employee Relationship HR

Location:

Bangalore (Immediate joiners preferred)

Language:

Kannada (Mandatory)

Salary:

?22,000 - ₹28,000 in hand
