Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and refine
employee relations policies and procedures

Investigate and resolve
grievances, conflicts
, and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
Provide
counseling, guidance
, and support on HR-related issues.
Collaborate with leadership to execute
employee engagement and retention
initiatives.
Ensures
compliance
with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Design and deliver
training programs
on ER best practices.
Analyze ER trends and support data-driven strategies for a healthy workplace environment.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
: 1-3 years in employee relations or HR roles (junior to mid-level)
Education
: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
Strong
communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
