We are looking for an Employee Relations & Engagement Executive to strengthen workplace relationships, manage employee grievances, drive engagement initiatives, support employee welfare programs, and contribute to retention strategies. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to building a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities o
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and workplace concerns o Handle employee grievances professionally, ensuring timely and fair resolution o Maintain grievance records, documentation, and compliance with HR policies o Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and celebrations o Coordinate employee welfare activities and well-being programs o Conduct employee feedback sessions and support engagement surveys o Assist in attrition analysis, retention initiatives, and exit interviews o Work closely with HR and business teams to improve employee experience o Ensure confidentiality and adherence to labor laws and company policies
Required Skills & Competencies
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills o Conflict resolution and grievance handling experience o Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices o Employee engagement and event coordination skills o Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion o Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
