Job Description


As our Executive/Sr. Executive - Employee Experience, you would be responsible for core execution engaging with the employees through their life cycle from joining to exit. The individual would be the primary point of contact for the development of an employee-oriented culture that emphasize well-being and high performance.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Should have managed end-to-end Onboarding and Induction process
  • Addressing employee grievances on time and maintaining reports
  • Work on employee satisfaction surveys to understand the employee pulse
  • Ideation and implementation of the Reward & Recognition program
  • Implement employee engagement activities and ensure participation through portals like xoxo day and darwinbox
  • Have regular contact (1on 1) with the employees and skip level meetings
  • Experience of working on HRMS tools preferably Darwin box & Workday
  • Meeting the key stakeholders from time to time
  • Identify and roll out PIP for the employees whose productivity is low in consultation with the managers
  • Prepare and maintain various kinds of reports
  • Assist in managing leaves and attendance
  • Prepare and share monthly reports with the stakeholders (Absenteeism, MIS, Cost, etc)
  • Manage the off-role employees
  • Work on various HR letters
  • Manage exit interviews
  • Drive organization wide L&D initiatives
  • Take up a new HR initiative/Project along with the above responsibilities
Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in HR
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Skilled in the art of multitasking
  • Excels both in independent work and collaboration
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage complex situations while maintaining confidentiality, with a focus on productive outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistently delivering quality work.
