Job Description

About ShyftLabs

At ShyftLabs, we live and breathe data. Since 2020, we've been helping Fortune 500 companies unlock growth with cutting-edge digital solutions that transform industries and create measurable business impact. We're growing fast and we're looking for passionate problem-solvers who are ready to turn big ideas into real outcomes.

Position Overview:

We are hiring an Employee Experience Coordinator who can serve as the go-to point of contact for all employees under our Global Capability Center (GCC). This person must be proactive, well-organized, and a very strong communicator in order to build strong relationships with employees and handle all day-to-day inquiries across the team. This role will work closely with ShyftLabs HR & Operations leadership to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Employee Communication & Support

Act as the primary HR contact for all Global Capability Center (GCC) employees. Respond to day-to-day questions about leave, attendance, payroll, policies, benefits, remote work, and HR processes. Provide quick, reliable, and empathetic support to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

Regular Check-Ins & Engagement

Conduct consistent check-ins to understand employee well-being, workload, and challenges. Document conversations, track trends, and escalate issues when needed.

HR Request & Case Management

Manage and track employee requests (pay raises, promotion discussions, policy clarifications, time-off approvals, role changes). Ensure all issues are triaged through ShyftLabs; not directly through client managers. Coordinate with HR & Operations leadership for escalations.

Onboarding & Offboarding

Assist with day-to-day onboarding touchpoints, documentation collection, welcome communication, and orientation scheduling. Support smooth offboarding including notices, IT access removal, documentation, and exit feedback.

Policy Communication & Compliance

Clearly communicate policy updates to GCC employees. Ensure adherence to attendance, leave, hybrid work, and performance expectations.

Engagement Activities & Pulse Surveys

Run periodic pulse surveys to monitor engagement. Support small-scale cultural or recognition initiatives to increase connection and retention. Lead annual performance reviews for GCC employees, ensuring expectations are met and feedback is continual.

HR Operations & Record-Keeping

Maintain up-to-date employee records and lifecycle status (probation, promotions, renewals). Log employee conversations and maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes.

Basic Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, employee relations, or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills: clear, professional, empathetic, and responsive. Highly organized and able to manage communication with 200+ employees. Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and comfort handling sensitive information. Strong understanding of HR processes within an Indian employment context is a plus. Previous experience working with a Global Capability Center (GCC) or consulting firm is

highly preferred.

We are proud to offer a competitive salary alongside a strong insurance package. We pride ourselves on the growth of our employees, offering extensive learning and development resources.
